For more than twenty-five years I have worked at the intersection of leadership, transformation and conflict – as an organizational development consultant, coach and mediator.
Fifteen of those years were spent in specialist and leadership roles within industry, including as a member of an executive management team. For more than ten years, I have led my own consulting practice – working with companies, teams and leaders who seek to shape change consciously and with purpose.
My systemic approach is rooted in my academic background at RWTH Aachen University, where I built the foundation for connecting theory and organizational practice. The advanced training “Coaching as Management Consulting” expanded this foundation to include effective and reflective forms of executive development.
As a supervisory board member of a medium-sized industrial company,
I have been contributing my expertise in strategic and cultural development for more than eight years.
This dual perspective – from inside and outside the organization – helps me to connect business necessity with human reality.
