Conflict is part of every organization. It arises wherever people work together – between colleagues, across teams, and along hierarchies. What costs energy, trust and productivity is not the conflict itself, but the way it is handled.
Mediation creates a space where people can speak openly, listen deeply and begin to understand what truly matters – beyond positions and statements, towards the needs and intentions underneath.
The goal is not quick agreement, but genuine understanding that restores connection and trust.
I accompany people and organizations in conflict situations – with structure, empathy and a clear sense of what needs to be said and heard. My role is to hold a safe, respectful process that makes understanding possible and opens the path to sustainable solutions.
